Yesterday, Facebook went offline again for the second time this month. On September 23rd the site when offline for hours in what Facebook called, "worst outage in four years." There is no doubt in our minds that all of this is due to the overhaul they are performing on the site, with the new features they announced at the beginning of September. Although Facebook has shown an amazing ability to attract people to its site, it has not sown an equal ability to improve the site in innovative and useful ways. We are still not seeing any big differences between a page and a group. And the menus which show you the features are hidden from the average users eyes. Most people who we know that use Facebook, do not know all of its new features well.
